Hm...how about a lettuce roll from pf changs...? Like look up the recipe for it.

Get pieces of bread, toast them. After done toasting, spread Nutella on it. Then put nuts on it, and chop a banana in pieces, and sprinkle on top. You can add cinnamon, and other stuff.
