Check February 1500, and if it has 29 days, it's wrong.

Mine does too. 1700 has 29 days but 1800, 1900, 2100 etc don't have 29 days. Unless it's because they missed out days in 1753, but only 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 2000, 2400 etc are meant to have 29 days in February.

Well the moral of the story is that leap years are confusing.

They're every 4 years except 00's years like 1700, 1800, 1900 except if the first two digits are a multiple of 4 like 1600, 2000, 2400
