The best way to level up accounts is to let them sit and post in them every few months.

I do know that, and all my multis that are Junior got there because they sat in cyberoblivion for ages. This one is just over a year old so it hasn't had as much time. -

Ahh, okay. I've got tons of advanced and experienced because of letting them sit. -
My main did get well into Experienced during all the months I was gone ^~^
Do you even know why they level up when you don't use them? -
