There are some options (I'll tell you who the teachers are):
Naruto Math (Teacher isn't from Naruto for some random reason please get that teacher fired, he sucks)
P.E. (Goku teaches, so you should be fine)
SAO Science (Kirito teaches)
Music (Sebastian from Black Butler teaches this)
There are more options if you don't like these ones.
