My brother has stolen lots of food from the kitchen, he's broken almost everything that we've bought, he's ripped apart our garage (not literally), he's bought lighters and pocket knifes and old TVs and he's also physically hurt my sister and the pets many, many times. And my parents don't really even care (although they might now)

Lexy, don't worry about sounding rude. I hate him through and through. He does seem mentally unstable though. Mom's afraid he might become an alcoholic and end up in jail, that's why she hasn't kicked him out of the house yet. But one minute he can be all bubbly and happy, and then the next he can be fuming with anger about ready to kill you. I'm sick of it. I just want it to end.
