Meh..I dun really care. You choose.
"Riiight." I said, looking around again. -
Okie
The man took out three cards, and set them in front of Denise. One was a picture of a trident, one was of a ball of water, and one was of a blue staff. -
I looked at the cards. They were very well decorated.
-
"Now, I want you to have a good look at these cards. I'm going to mix them up, and you're going to pick one of them." the man said. He gave Denise a minute to look over the cards, then picked them up. After a few seconds, he placed them back in front of her face down.
-
I looked at all of the cards.
"Humm...this one." I said, pointing at the first one. -
The man turned the card over, and on it was the ball of water. The card glowed for a second, and the man smiled. "Nichenbo, please show this young elemental to her new home."
-
I had no idea who elemental's were, seeing that I lived on a farm all my life.
-
Nichenbo nodded, and led Denise out of the building. "You're pretty special. Not many are choosen for the job of an elemental."
-
Sorry, my mom was screaming at my sister and threatening to take away my computer if I don't clean my room.
"Really?" I had never thought of myself as being something special. -
Tis okie
"Yeah, now come on. I'll show you where you'll stay." Nichenbo said, smiling and leading Denise along a brick path. They passed many people of all shapes and sizes. Some where short and plump, other lean and lanky. Each with a different face, and a different path. Though one thing stood out among the crowd, and that was that there were no humans. Well, next to none. Possibly two or three, but no more. It was obvious that the humans that were in were pretty special. -
I looked at the people. They were so strange looking. I couldn't understand how I didn't know about this place before.
-
After a couple minutes of walking, a small blue house appeared up ahead. It was a mix of different shades of blue, and had a well on either side of it. "This is where the water elementals stay. There are only two so far, three now that you're here, so there should be plenty of room."
-
"Thanks." I said, looking around the house. Inside there were deep violet lace curtains, not letting anyone peek inside.
-
"I'll leave you to look at it. If you need anything, don't be afraid to ask." Nichenbo said, smiling and walking away.
-
"Okay." I said, not taking my eyes off the house. Then I made my way to the door, and gently knocked.
Brb, I'll go get myself some cereal
