Well, I myself don't have a whole lot of ideas, but I know of ways for you to come up with ideas.
If you go to a random word generator, like this one:
then you can set it to however many words you one, and make up an idea revolving around those words.
Or you can make a list of things you want to happen to the characters, and then piece the events together in a chronological order.
In the beginning of JTB you can be relaxed with the characters and let them have fun, and be social and dramatic, for character development, and then the action will come xD like in Closer Together -
Maybe you can make your character go through training with one of the guys.
Listen to music to get inspired, and read other stories :3 -

MC meets a mysterious, elderly man on a bench who speaks to her in riddles. He seems to be a guide, of sorts. He has a huge appetite, but soon MC discovers why: because he's an otherworldly creature disguised as a human and has to eat a lot to keep up his energy.
Lol that is just an example you don't have to use it. -
(It doesn't even have to be an old man, it could be a teenager. But the word generator helps to spark ideas and get the brain flowing.)
Yeah, it's up to you :D Either she could be one of the experienced trainers, or be trained alongside Jade/Skye. -
