Well what's on your mind? -
Just worried that my boyfriend might not like me anymore.
I've been worrying about it lately.
I also don't like how I look and I kind of broke down -
Sorry for being so late)
I think it's natural to run out of "sparks" in a long or short term relationship. However, that doesn't mean the love both of you first felt is gone. When this type of situation is left alone it will end up leading to turmoil. I would advice you to sit down with him and talk about it. Think about the happy things you two did in the beginning of the relationship, and ask yourself if you've stopped doing these things. If you have stopped ask yourself why. If it can help spark the feelings from before you two should go back to those activities.
It can also be the other way around. If you two are still doing the same thing and not trying anything new, that may also be a cause of downfall.
I think you should ask him personally though. Being straight up is the best way in a situation like this. My ex boyfriend and your current boyfriend sound a lot alike (from what I remember). If they are, I can tell you that being honest with him will help. You might be wrong, but through your miscalculation, you can push him to work harder on the connection you two have. -
I believe you are very pretty, however, you seem to just need a body cleansing. If you don't like yourself it often shows to the world. Try taking care of your body and your emotional health. There isn't much teens can change about themselves (especially if you ain't rich), but there are some things we can work on. Try to spoil yourself with home made skin care remedies every other week, and treat your body like it's your treasure. Eating toxic foods and not working out for 30 minutes everyday can hurt your body. After a while it become visible on your physical features.
Another way to help your confidence is working on your fashion. I don't know if you are into fashion or not, but it won't hurt to dress the way you want to be seen. Wear colors that will bring out your best features, and styles that will enhance what you are already blessed with.
Try getting to a point where you don't need a significant other to complement you in order to feel good about yourself. -
*hugs*
Thank you so much Kala!
I'm going to try to talk to him about it.
I'm taking a break from Messenger though
