Yeah, do your parents do something like this:
Me: I want to present some poetry to the class
Parent: What? You want people to recognize you for your work? Why do you want so much attention?
Me: No, I just want to make a difference in some way.
Parent: Stop talking back you don't know anything. You think you know everything but you don't know sh**
Me: That wasn't even what I was thinking!
Parent: *becomes mad*
This tends to happen to me all the time ^ :\
They think they know what I am thinking but they really are far off.

I miss my dad. Gosh.
But less about me and more about you. What are some stuff that your parents don't understand about you? -
Let me just make a list:

-who I am (why I don't like dresses, skirts or anything girly)
-they always want me to go to church (but yet they are hypocrites half of the time)
-the people I hang around with
-they could care less about me (I will explain this to you if you want to know) -
