(Alyssa's favorite color is neon purple. She has a couple of tattoos - a vine with midnight purple roses on it wrapping around her lower-stomach area like a belt, and a heart with spray paint-like streaks going down from it on her upper right arm.) -

Okay, does this sound better?
Madoka's personality isn't too far apart from her brother's. She shares her sense of arrogance and belief of superiority over others, although is a pinch more open to try new things, and a quirky girl at heart, and sometimes will find herself wrapped in some childish fandoms like My Little Pony, Pokemon, etc. When not locked in her room, she upholds a professional behavior, holding strong dislike to most things messy and unorganized. Mostly anti-social, she shuts herself in from people, except from her closest friend, Mikan Tsumiki. Sometimes this is done on purpose, as she is used to not engaging in casual conversation. She can sometimes be understanding in nature and more lively when expressing her opinions and likes, and especially excited when discovering that someone else likes what she likes. Secretly a punk-rock lover, Madoka owns a shiny, red electric guitar and a drumset, and preferably, when she is alone (and her brother isn't home), she likes to practice her music. Her singing voice has improved, although most of her singing voice is used for screamo.

Any-ways. BB made a rather interesting character that holds only the loosest of traits of being a Mary Sue. And that doesn't make her a Mary Sue, it simply means she's... I dunno. Different.
Her having a moderately sad back-story most CERTAINLY doesn't make her an MS (Mary Sue). Also, predictable? Elaborate a bit?
(I had a much more intricate post ready, but my iPod fukked it all up.) -
