Yeah. I've had breakdowns before but that's usually just not being able to stop myself from crying anymore. The other night was...significantly worse than that.

I also found a natural remedy is peppermint oil. Aroma therapy, if you don't have a sensative respiratory system. Breathing in the smell of peppermint oil for a about a minute or two always calms me down. Makes me feel mellow. If you're sensitive to that, though, I wouldn't advise it. Peppermint is, of course, a strong smell capable of taking your breath away. So, if you have breathing issues, you may want to forgo that...
