well at least i can drown myself in more types of music than i know what to do with
at this point i literally could make a genre map of my interests over the years
might do that at some point -
How long do you think you will stand?

The day's on its last leg again
I cross it off slowly while the next one comes in -

I just miss the good old days ;-;

Past the black where the sirens sing
Warm me up in a nova's glow
And drop me down to the dream below -
Sometimes I feel immortal, the world flows and changes around me, anything that I try to hold onto is eventually gone, crumbled to dust, and yet I stay forever the same. Here, watching, waiting for something that will stay.
Or maybe I'm the opposite. Maybe it's that I'm already dead and the reason I never change while the world does is because I'm just a ghost, an echo of before. -
Doubt I'll ever be okay.
