  Sure you know lots of people but if you joined today then you're a new newb, but you didn't join today in your original account, so you're not a new newb, but I didn't know who you were.

  Care, to me, the term newb is more flexible...you can, possibly be on here in less time and still not be a newb, although I wouldn't call them an older user, but in-between.
