  Communism provides jobs for each citizen in order to abolish poverty and homelessness (which fails sometimes), and abolishes capitalism. Id rather live in cuba than nazi germany. Race oriented politics and un-understood political theory sicken me *Cough* xD

  Peaceful prostest is taken lightly. A national warning, perhaps. A claiming that "They are contributing to the problem." Once that there's an established person, The rest of the community will straighten them out.
  Violent riots are rebellion. Rebellion is treated by violence. It depends of the 'severity' of said riot, but possibly inprisonment, or extensive community service, so to speak.
