Think about it. Even if you do indeed still haven government, how ever small of large (I'm guessing relatively small) you practically still cannot enforce rights and amendments the way a large government can. How do you intend to tackle the issue of the privatization? -

In my belif, anarchy is possibly the greatest libert known to man. As there are gaps and holes in democracy, fascism, and other governments, problems in anarchism are usually quite easier to solve than a larger governmemt's problems. When citizens work together in a mutual, respective way, the lowers can be ultimately defeated. And as long as they maintain trust, problems would be sporiadic. -

They will always be there. Even in fascistville, they will be there. People diagnosed with major mental disorders arev inelligable for the complimentary gun. A generally pacafist attitude would ne accepted throughout, and the unexpected murdereds,rapists, etc will be imprisoned when called upon. -

But that's the thing. Most mental disorders are genetic. At least the ones that can be treated by anti-psychotics. End the problem before they end you.
What about a death penatly?
In fascistville, we work the evil to death. Why should go without important goods? If they're deemed incapable of work, they are publically humiliated. Whipped with whips and leather straps. And then, of course after our fun,a lethal injection. -

I would never kill a person because of a mental prefixation. I would rather take the ability to kill from them and just let them live a non criminalistic life.
Capital punishment isn't even punishment. In punishment, you learn from a mistake by taking it. You then live on from the experience to know that if done again that will happen again. If you just kill and torture people off, you'll be hated. And a dead person didn't learn anything, just the 5 year old girl who will watch her brother get beaten and then injected with toxic chemicals for an insufficiant crime -
