Fresh spinach.
Roasted cabbage steaks.
Cabbage soup. (Especially cabbage pumpkin soup)
Cheesy kale. (Take kale, take a cheese like parmesan or asiago, slowly cook it with italian seasoning)

I eat leaves... Just leaves, some of them taste pretty bad, the spiky ones hurt ma tongue but overall leafs=7.3/10
