Firstly, let me just say that Melatonin is relatively harmless. It's a natural remedy that's supposed to help you sleep, and the most that should happen by taking a lot if it is some dizziness. Secondly, that's called peer pressure. Tell those kids they're f---ing lame if the best they can do is an over-the-counter tablet that even children can take with no adverse effects. Tell them to step up their game.
