(Ok, how about, if 2 people say the same number, one gets booted from the game? Like, NOW REMEMBER, I am not quite playing the game, so don't take these numbers as part of the game.)
Guy #1: 40
Guy #2: 41
Guy #1: 42
Guy #2: 42
Now, some-body would be booted. Who-ever said the number that was duplicated would be safe, but the last person would be DIS-QUALIFIED. So, in this scenario, since Guy #1 said the number "42" first, he would be safe, but since Guy #2 said "42" last, he would be booted.
