Mike- Hopefully the kitten doesn't die from its injuries. If severe, then there's a possibility, and the owner could go to jail for animal cruelty. I saw a show on Animal Planet that showed the scenario. An owner's kitten had to be euthanized since doctors couldn't do surgery, because it would prove fatal. It was the only option for doctors, since euthanizing an animal would help it die a rather peaceful, not painful, death. Sad, isn't it?

SG, it shouldn't end up dying. Fortunately, I stopped my brother before he could have caused any severe injuries. The only thing different about the kitten now is that it's just limping. And B is taking care of it.
It is pretty sad. At least it died peacefully.. -
On a somewhat lighter note, I'm starting to get sick, as is Brandan.
