I open my crap in paint then just grab the corner to adjust it and then bring it in to a smaller size.

Really? Um did you try like making that dotted line tool thing go around it then when you have it like highlighted you right click it then there should be a resize option.

it worked.. it was my hand i wanted but it just idk... lol i think im to tired to do this
