Hm, well I haven't seen it myself but Ouran High School Host Club seems to have romance and funnies from what I've heard. One Piece is about a pirate boy and has action and humor.
My favorite anime is No. 6, which is about a supposed utopia city that becomes under attack of infected bees that are killing the population. It's has very very mild hints toward two boys liking each other (the two main characters), but it's really tastefully done and nothing that can be regarded as very sexual or anything.
I'm still kind of learning about more animes as well. *still needs to see more of Free! and Attack on Titan but my internet is crap* x3 -
