well the deal with my mom choosing drugs over me bugs me so now she choosing that and her bf over me and her bf is a sick twisted guy that is like in his 40s and told me to my face that i have a nice bod and its just gross. i told my mom and she called me liar. her bf has tried to be alone with me and it just creepes me out and my own mom doesnt listen or believe me

Well atleast you don't live with her. Get a pocket knife and some mace for when you have to be around him.

Tell your mom she is a piece of s--- and you flat out won't live with her and you'd get yourself legally amansipated before that and I don't think it would be hard cause you're already 17 and if you'd go through the trouble to try that when they wouldn't let you live with your dad who you did wanna stay with then they'll probably let you.

@ellis yea ill do everything that i can to not live with her shes not a fit parent at all and ive done told her that she needs to get a life and stay outta mine bc thats all shes ever been good at.

Good point. What month is your birthday in, seems kinda pointless to fight over custody at your age cause if she somehow won in just months you could move out and back to your dads or where ever.
