Late post: Yes. In the second movie Hiccup and Astrid are seriously in love.
-
Madison: Lol. I saw the fourth Shrek in 3-D. All I can remember. :P
-
I remember when we watched the Voyage of the Dawn Treader movie at the theater that I cried at the end and my mom gave me a LifeSaver mint. I was eight at the time.
-
Yeah. I have hope for that ship :>
I watched the one where he met Fiona. Is that the first one? -
The last movie that made me cry was The Fault in Our Stars. That movie was amazing.
-
Madison, yes. The first film is where Shrek and Fiona first met. I ship them so hard. :P Shrekiona forever.
-
I remember the first time I watched Tangled it was at some daycare place and I almost cried just when they played it because my parents said it was a really bad movie. I was also eight then and I never understood why he had to freaking cut her hair. But I loved it, and still love it.
-
Yeah, that ship is so cute :>
Oh, I watched Tangled too! Idk why it'd be a bad movie, but I think he cut her hair as a sign of symbolism. Almost like, turning over a new leaf. Welcoming a new type of life. That's my interpretation. -
Yes. An imperfectly perfect ship.
I love Tangled. The reprisal of "Mother Knows Best" gets me every time...xD -
I remember that song. Why would she capture Rapunzel, though?
-
Idk why my parents said it was a bad movie. They also said that Prince Caspian is a bad movie because there's kissing at the end of it. I mean come on! There is kissing in every single Disney Princess movie and you never said a thing about it! I guess irl kissing is a lot more perverted than animated kissing.
-
I only just recently understood Mother Gothels whole plot
-
Mother Gothel captured Rapunzel because she had the flower's magic powers embodied in her hair. Singing an incantation would rejuvenate Gothel, thus sustaining her youth. It's clearly explained during the prologue when she captures the infant Rapunzel.
-
I guess they think kissing has a negative influence on younger kids? Idk.
I forgot, I'm sorry. xD -
Yeah, the film is imprinted in my mind. XD
Oh...The Prince of Egypt...there's a good movie.
