I had only just entered camp. This was the weirdest thing ever. I was always in love with mythology but I never thought I'd be a demigod

"Nicki, I need to talk to you." I glanced up at Bryan. "Can it wait, Bry? I'm kinda in the middle of something." Bryan glared at me. I laughed. "Okay, what is it?" Bryan took in a deep breath. "You're a demigod, Nicki." -

I stood at a beautiful tree -
(Sorry, was singing along to a 12 minute song xD)
I waited a few minutes, so I was sure they were gone. Then I glanced up at Feather and gently petted her, "Hey, pretty girl, wanna go for a ride?" I said rubbing her forehead, I mounted her easily, we weren't always allowed to take the horses out but I had a bit of a talk with the counsollers and came to an agreement, and soon Feather and I were making our way to where most newbies would be arriving -
I saw someone coming in the distance and I hid in the bushes nearby

I blinked. I laughed and slapped Bryan's arm. "Good one, Bry." Bryan rolled his eyes. "I'm serious, Nicki. The Greek myths are real! If you don't believe me, go to Long Island."
"Why Long Isl-"
"Trust me, Nicki. Please."
I stared at my best friend. "Okay. I still think you're weird."
(Merlin proposed last week. Our wedding is in a year!! :D My brother is disgusted. :P) -
