Jill smiled. "So, wait. All those people in the bunkers.....are they all our family too?"

Jill sighed. "So, it's been a hundred miles. We must be in another state This river can't go on for much longer, can it?" She looked ahead, past the man.

"Yea." She nodded.

Jill looked up. There was sunlight. She could hear birds chirping. -
The smell of sweet flowers was familiar. "Is that a meadow?"

"Which park? Our park? No, it can't be...." She shook her head.

Jill peaked her head through just enough so no one could see. The park was almost empty. She could see the clump of purple flowers she liked to sit in. "Oh my god...."

"Wait, why?" Jill felt a lump in her throat.

(aw, idk, when i wake up. it's 9:54 here. maybe 10 AM?)

"Will we ever see you again?" Jill looked down.

Jill sighed and looked out at the meadow. Then she started to giggle. "I just realized something." She poked carters chest. "I'm in love with my uncle. Is that even legal?"

Jill laughed. She looked out to see marissa walking on the side walked. She ran over to her and hugged her. "Marissa!!!!" Her sister looked at her with a what the heck face. "What's up kiddo, it's like you haven't seen me for a decade. What happened to your arm?" Jill frowned. "Oh um....a branch kinda cut it." Her sister nodded. "Who's he?"
