Thread Topic: Arisu may cometh.

Since he was one of the new people working there, Daisuke was made to do rather simple jobs, as though it were showing him how much of a failure he really was for getting the job. All he would do it walk around and kick plates of food and such to the victims. The food was old and cold, and the water he gave was a bit hot as though it had been out in the sun for a while.
It was one room that took him by shock. The man there had been screaming since who knows when, and now the pain has gotten so strong and his voice so used that all he was doing was pretty much breathing. Tears were on his face, and they were almost never-ending. A quick memory flashed through Dai's head, but he refused to think of it.
He walked up to the other man and instead of tossing the food and water, he seemed to offer it. -
Akira saw another shadow of a figure, and the person seemed to be holding something up. He scooted backward, afraid, not wanting to be touched. He was afraid this person was going to give him more pain.
-
Daisuke only stepped forward, sensing the other's fear. As much as he wanted to help, he knew that he wouldn't provide much of it. "Take it," he said, his voice deep and almost frightening. But it was a calm voice, sounding neither angered or irritated. It was only frightening to some extent.
-
Akira was still terrified. Especially at the sound of the man's deep voice. His body shook and he whimpered in fear, curling up into a small ball.
-
He sighed, figuring that he wouldn't be able to convince this guy to even speak for him. He grew impatient quickly, but he knew it would be best to let this go. Daisuke set the plate and food on the ground. "Here," he said, stepping back.
-
Akira peeked at it cautiously. The food didn't interest him at all but as soon as his eyes landed on the water, he grabbed it and drank it. It was warm and bad tasting, but it quenched his thirst well enough.
-
The guard only stared at him, a look of pity on his face. The condition of the other was bad enough, but the addition that he was willing enough to drink the putrid water.. "Goodbye," was all Daisuke could say as he stepped out of the room.
-
Akira watched the man leave. He was grateful for the water the man brought but wasn't about to drop all fear. He was still terrified. And that fear projected into his nightmares as he fell asleep.
-
As the night came along, a lot of the others who worked in the building left. But Daisuke was made to stay due to the reasons that he was still a 'noob' at the job. He was irritated, but decided to keep silent about it.
-
After a few hours of the night went by, Akira woke up screaming. His voiced seemed to have been restored. His heart was beating quickly and he was sweating. He pushed himself in a corner, trying to get control of his heart and his breathing.
-
"Go tell the kid to shut up," one of them told Daisuke rudely. He rolled his eyes and headed to the room with the screaming. His heart beat like crazy once those memories began to haunt him again, but it didn't stop him from stopping at the doorway to stare.
-
Akira was pulling at his slightly long blonde hair. The was remembering the nightmares he had and was reliving the pain he had experienced hours before.
-
He stepped into the room and from there stood in front of the other person. He stared down, not muttering a single word.
-
Akira realized there was somebody in front of him. He looked up slowly, scared of the man. He saw that it was the guy who brought him water.
-
He sat down in front of Akira, still not speaking much else. His facial expression was serious, as it usually seemed to be.
