Ya in that one incident I talked about earlier the fact that I was like 8 or 9 and I was flipping out made my heart pump the blood out even faster just relax as best you can.

seriously dude don't throw up. ifyour bleeding bad enough to make you dizzy, puking will likely put you in shock. blood loss and shock don't go together dude.
