"Lumos" I whispered. That's when everyone noticed I didn't cast a Hex. Idiots. I put away my wand.

(then i'm standing in front of Oliver-again:)
I ran up there. I couldn't let Max be hexed- not over something so stupid as this. Just before the stream of light hit Max, I took her place. I screamed. -
(*points to my post*)

Max: She muttered Lumos. I opened my eyes. "Wow. You're sparing me? Maybe they're wrong about you." I pushed Oliver away and grabbed Sage and Tori's hands, pulling them away.
Oliver: I stood there feeling like I couldn't breathe. I glared at the Slytherin girl. "I don't care if you spared her this time. Don't think of ever hurting her. I don't care who your fathernis or if your boyfriend is Malfoy. No one hurts Max." -
(brb dinner guys)

I stood there, in front of Max, ready to be hurt beyond knowing, when all Riddle did was cast a simple spell. I fell to the ground, panting, exhausted. -
"Is that supposed to scare me, Lover Boy? Oh, and Max, I just can't get expelled. It'd ruin my fun."
I flew down to Draco. He was laughing and I started laughing too. -
Draco: I knew she was laughing, but I saw that she was deeply hurt. "If it's any consolation, I still love you."

"Piss off..." I muttered. The twins and I walked off to wait for the rest of the team.

"Max, you saw how practically everyone was running to save you. OLIVER was the first to reach you. Please, just...rethink what I told you last week, please."

"Those idiots! Throwing themselves in front of her to protect her from Lumos!" I laughed.

Fred: "is Wood gonna kiss Max or what?"
"I don't know. I thought I got to him."
George: "Let's hope he puts the chap stick on first. -

George: "What you told us."
Fred: "The user puts it on, then kisses another person. The person being kissed is going to get rainbow hair!"
