(Yeah, I'm heading up to the UK tomorrow. I may be able to snatch some wifi at the hotel my family is staying at tomorrow, but I'm not sure about the rest of the time.
Two weeks.)
Viktor: "That's fine." I smiled. "I hope to see you again sometime, if it's possible." -
(Another 2 week trip? You seem to go on a lot of them.)
"Maybe. C'mon Tori, let's drag your drunk boyfriend back to the tent." -
(Well, my family is moving to Texas this July, and I guess they're trying to make the most of our limited time in Europe.)
I grimaced. "Hopefully he doesn't pass out or something. D'you think it'd be okay to apparate with him like this?" -
(You're lucky.)
"Then we have to apparatus outside. He'll puke" -
(I guess so.)
"All right. Let's get him out of here." Fred reached out toward the bonfire. "It's brautiful." He muttered. I snorted. "Come on idiot, let's get you back to the tent before you make a fool of yourself." Fred looked up at me. "The stars are pretty tonight, Tori."
"Good thing you lost the bet. You get to watch the stars all night. Now get up, so we can go." -
I laughed slightly. "What bet did you make?"
-
"That he could drink more firewhiskey than me. I may look sober, but I've a splitting headache and can't wait for some sleep." I grabbed Fred's arm and yanked him up, admittedly a little roughly.
-
"So kinda like me and Viktor." I slung Fred's other arm over my shoulder.
-
I smiled, tilting my head. "Yeah. Like you and Viktor." I grimaced under Fred's weight, readjusting myself so he wasn't leaning on me as much. "He seems nice, Viktor."
-
"He is. He said he wanted to see me again."
-
I surpressed a grin. "Really? That's good. And his friends?"
-
"They're nice. I think at least one of them is absolutely bonkers."
-
"Yeah? There's always one of 'em, anywhere." I slid my wand into my hand. "Auguamenti," I said, aiming at Fred's head. "That should keep him awake for a little longer."
-
I couldn't help but laugh a bit. "Okay, c'mon. You're the best with apparition." I said, preparing for the trip
-
I nodded, stretching up on my toes. I remembered the sign the Muggle had put up, marking our site. I visualized it in my mind, keeping my eyes open this time. "I'll try not to land on anyone." Five seconds and a mouthful of bile later, we were back at the campsite. I dropped Fred next to a log and sat next to him, holding my head in my hands. "I don't think I'll ever get used to that."
