So it's starting to look like Randy Blythe, vocalist for Lamb of God, might be going to jail. As you may recall, he is being blamed for the death of a concert goer in the Czech Republic. He has now been formally indicted for manslaughter in the Czech Republic. The charges are complete bulls---. Randy has said he would go back to the Czech Republic to defend himself, but considering how much he is being f---ed over by their government, no one would blame him if he didn't.
