  Amanda Palmer from the Dresden dolls is an absolute punk+LGBT icon. She even had a ted talk if you're interested.

  Kiarely Castillo Of Conquer divide which if I remember correctly is a all woman metalcore band
  Recently came out with new music too

  I could probably find a slew of folk punk bands with female singers
  
  Like "Local News legend" and Whitney Flynn of "Days N Daze"

  I'm a pop person, so most of the females artists are pop, like Camilla Cabello, Doja Cat, Dua Lupa, people like them.

  I'm not too sure about what female artists are LGBTQ, other than Zendaya, but, she doesn't do rock or anything. I'm just going to name female artists I listen to, even though it's probably not what you're looking for
