Lots of people in my school really don't like country.Why? Do you like it of dislike it?

its to slow,the voice is to clear,i like fast beat,loud screams.sh1t like that.
im more into heavy rock or metal.

I kind of grew up with country music from the 90s and early 2000s so I like some. But I don't listen to the new country music, apart from Taylor Swift who also sorta falls into the pop catagory. I'm more of an international rock fan myself =)

People don't like country music because every song is the same. It's all about taking pride in being a hick. Gretchen Wilson's "Redneck Woman" is the most stark example.
