heretic_blood NewbieOh I love them! Definitely one of my favorite bands. It depends really which song/s you've heard by them, I'd have to know that before I gave you recommendations. Like, the music they made in '01 isn't the same as the music they make today. I can if you want though ^^

Well, so far the only full song I've heard was Nightmare, their 2010 album (but you probably already knew what album it was from) and I've heard samples of the other songs on that album (courtesy of iTunes), so yeah. Pretty much I've heard their more recent songs, and I WANT to hear more... But my wifi f---ing sucks. So yeah. Do you have any recomendations based on that?
And sorry if took me so long to respond. I forgot I made this thread and I havn't been on in a while lol -
I listen to better metal than Avenged. Truthfully they are pretty mediocre, they aren't really doing anything that Iron Maiden, Metallica, and Pantera didn't do first.

Well to be honest I havn't really heard much of those bands either. So, based on my knowledge, I think Avenged is pretty good so far. However, I do recall a few times when I was over my friend's house him playing Metallica, but sadly that was back when I liked pop and rap and s---. I havn't heard Metallica much since, but I do kind of want to, since I trust my friend's opinion of music and I know a few other oeople who listen to them. But the reason I havn't heard him blast them lately is because I havn't really talked to him much in about a year... So yeah.

Definitely listen to Metallica. If you like A7X I suggest you start with the song Enter Sandman as well as the other songs off the self-titled album, commonly referred to as the Black Album. Master of Puppets is also a pretty awesome song.

Alright, I will sometime. Lately I've been into more metal... Does Metallica scream? I forgot if they do or not. I like songs that have a little bit of screaming in them, but I don't like songs where all the vocals are screaming and no actual singing what so ever.

Metallica has no screaming. If you are looking for a band that screams a little, I would suggest Trivium. I would start with "Like Light to Flies" then go from there.

One of my all time favourite bands! I started listening to them since '08. I like a select few of their songs.

zacsav NewbieThey're pretty good. But one of my favorite bands is Underoath, who sadly are no longer together. The Devil Wears Prada is also a newer favorite of mine. I don't know what it is about Christian metal bands, they just play some damn fine music.

Some of the groups I'm into are King Diamond,Alice Cooper,Celtic Frost,Christian Death,Darkthrone ect.
stuff like that,and many more.
