1. Go to Wikipedia and click 'Random Article'
-That's your band name

2. Go to Wikiquote, click 'Random Article' and pick a quote, the last 3-5 words are your album title.

3. Go to Flickr's 'Last 7 Days' page
-The 5th image is your album art image

4. Compile the album image with the artist name and album title on the image editor of your choice

5. Post it.

If it helps any, I just created the album using paint, then uploaded it to photobucket. Use the link to a website option thingy and you're set.
