1. Definition of "vain": Having or showing an excessively high opinion of one's appearance, abilities, or worth. I am not doing that in any way. In fact, I was agreeing with the fact that I was being a jerk. But I had no remorse over it.
2. Moron? First of all, you didn't use vain in the correct tense or situation. Secondly, you actually capitalized it in the middle of a sentence.
