Yeah as the title says I need a new charater. I want it to be:
A human or wizard.
For age it would be unknown.
Must be evil.
Name must also have meaning.
Clothes also.
Looks rather old but not to old.
Powers (up to 3)
Personality along the evil side C:

Personality:loud, evil , obnoxious, rude, harsh, has a soft side
Looks: straight white and orange hair, frizzy beard, fuzzy eyebrows, hunchback, tall, medium weight
Clothes: long dark colored robes, moccasins
Powers: um... I don't make evil people that often, so if you don't like these just change them. 1) time travel 2) shapeshifting

Hmm, I'm always up to make a new character!
Name: Minerva; the meaning is roman goddess of Wisdom, which means she's very bright!
Age: Unknown
Personality: She is very sinister, merciless, evil of course, easily bored so she likes to bring havoc to things around her or whenever she can, she's very demanding and if she doesn't get her way, she can be a real hot head.
Looks: Straight blue-grey hair that goes up to her chest, crimson eyes with tints of gold, she has age lines but she tries to make herself look young. She's at least probably 5'2ft tall, slender figure and fair complexion.
Clothes: A blood-red colored dress (the style depends what year you're writing thing)she has black boots that goes up to her knees and she has see-through vale that covers half her face (mouth area)
Power: Able to suck energy out of her enemies, can create monsters out of anything (literally everything) and the last power would be black magic where she can control the elements but mainly fire.
