Chester smiled. It took practically everything in him not to touch his hair. He continued rubbing his back.

Jayden could see him staring at his hair. He froze, then sighed after a moment. "You can touch my hair. I won't get mad."

Chester’s gaze flickered to Jayden’s eyes. ‘No,’ he said, booping his nose. ‘I’m not worried about you getting mad, I’m worried about making you uncomfortable. And I’m only looking at it because it’s very pretty.
