Jayden looked around. "I like the flowers." He noted before opening the closet door. -

Chester chuckled and followed him. He walked over to Maeve’s bedside table, picking up a family photo. His smile faltered slightly and he put the photo down. ‘Find anything interesting?’ -
Jayden grabbed a handful of left shoes before noticing Chester holding the family photo. "Just the shoes. What's up?"

‘The ceiling,’ Chester mumbled, giving a small smile before opening one of Maeve’s draws. He found a diary and a photo of Lavender. He chuckled and closed it.

Jayden rolled his eyes, wrapping an arm around Chester and leaning his head on his shoulder.

Chester smiled and leaned into his touch, wrapping an arm around his torso.

Jayd grinned. "Anything else?"

‘No, nothing else,’ Chester mumbled, resting his head on top of Jayden’s and closing his eyes so he wouldn’t have to look at the family photos.

Jayden held him close. "You okay?"

Chester nodded, sighing softly.

"Okay." Jayd said softly.

Chester buried his face in his hair, then pulled away. ‘Got all the shoes?’

Jayden froze for a moment before nodding. "Yeah."

Chester gently rubbed his back, mad at himself again for crossing boundaries. ‘C’mon, let’s get out of here. It reeks of teenage girl.’ He took a few of the shoes so Jayden wouldn’t have to carry them all.

Jayden chuckled. "Okay." He gave him some of the shoes before walking out.
