‘We snuggled and argue about who loves each other more. Very normal stuff.’

"Cool." Maeve shrugged, figuring it was working great as a distraction.

‘What do YOU do?’

"None of your business."

‘I want to hear the gossip!’

"No!"
"You could tell me..." Jayden offered with a grin. -
‘What makes telling you better than telling me?’ Chester whined. He’d never once asked for “gossip”, but he was invested in his little sister’s and Lavender’s relationship.

"The fact that I'm not her very protective older brother." Jayden chuckled. -

Chester rolled his eyes. ‘I’m barely that protective-‘ -
Maeve rolled her eyes.
Jayden chuckled. "Relax, I'll tell you if she tells me." He whispered. -

"Shhh, you heard nothing." Jayden rolled his eyes. -
