Yeah, a book can change a life.
It depends upon the person's open-mindedness and the motivational capacity of the book.
A conservative person's life is hard to change, when the opposite is true -

Yes,Percy Jackson completely changed mine,it started out with a movie at the pawn shop,I watched the movie,it wasn't that good,but alright in my opinion , then my brother was like'Oh , that movie,it has a book' hands me the lightning thief.And that's when it started,now I am a daughter of Athena , legacy of Apollo and hepheataus , and I am obsessed with greek mythology , and have the complete first series,and have read the whole PJO and HoO series.
So in conclusion , a book can change you life -

Yes. Definitely. It could lead to inspiration (not copying the story) and you could write a book and be famous and stuff.

Agreed. I was inspired to start writing after reading The Talisman by Stephen King and Peter Straub. I found I've been enjoying it, but I've got a long road ahead of me if I want to be a great fiction writer. In that sense, I've discovered a passion of mine I hadn't even thought of before, so my answer is yes. A book really can change your life. -
Yes of course it can , but also depending what the book is about ...
If its about positivity and inspirational things then it should definitely change your life to a better 'beautiful version of you'
