I figured, the soul digger (book 5) would be short, so I decided to make it that the soul digger was a man - or a boy, that could steal your soul away once he got the shadow, and Roeth has to stab him with a sword so she goes to the island where her grandpa lived and go gets it, so what do you think of that? Should I make it like that? Because I thought it would be creepier and it makes you feel more like "OMG! He's coming after me!" Kind of thing. Yeah?

Basically, instead of the soul digger being some monster, let him be a shape shifting monster that turns in to a guy, and steals your shadow, using it to steal your soul!

the shapeshifting monster sounds great, so no one can tell if he's the soul digger or not.

Maybe he can trick Roeth for something and corner her to get her soul but she stabs him

by the way, what kind of sword does she use? -
and mabye he can become the people he steals 0.o

Good idea! The sword she uses is a magic one and is the only one in the world that can kill the soul digger.
And yeah, that could work! So he's in someone's body and Roeth has to track him down to fight him, but it's hard because he keeps changing to a different soul!
