What You Know By: Me
What you know about life slowly dwindles
What you know about love slowly kindles
What you learn about death slowly leaves
What you learn about hate slowly grieves
As you realize all along
You we alone, with fatal flaws. -
My name is meaningless
My soul combines
My life is a sore
But I still strive -
Sitting here alone
Nothing but flesh and bone
Leave to rest
Because realization is a pest
And I need for hope to abide
For this dark soul. -
The leaves are falling
Like lost souls
Fading, ever fading
In the forbidden hole
But that is what makes us
That isn't the right mold
For we have a choice
To step out into the cold -
You see me here standing, staring
In utter fear
But now I ask
What is love
What is hate
Do you do if for truth
Or fate
I'm tired of the bitter sweet lies
That my mind decides to fantasize
There is no more ding
And no more ring
For a sorrowful voice
Just like me -

Just close your eyes
It's time to sleep
They will never know
Why you cut so deep
They said they loved you
But pain embraced you
So you looked at the stars and smiled
As you walked down the lonely mile
That was covered in blood
And a selfish smile -
I'm tired of pain
But you love the hate
Maybe the sorrow gives you gain
But I'm tired of running this race
Time for me to give in
To the solid temptation
That they call a sin. -

Mommy, Daddy,
Can't you see,
How much your words are hurting me?
I think of every word you said,
At nights when I can't seem to sleep in my bed.
Sister, Brother,
Don't you hear,
I'm in my room, holding back every tear,
I don't want you to know I'm broken,
So I'll keep smiling and leave all the pain unspoken
Friends, lover,
Don't you know,
There are so many things I chose not to show,
I scream, I cry,
I cut, I lie,
But most of all, I wanna die
People, society,
Where is the girl I used to be?
You made me drive insane in my head,
Congratulations to everyone of you,
I am dead. -
