*flashback*
I gripped his shirt. "Don't forget me." I pleaded, tears forming. Leo touched his forehead to mine. "How could I ever forget you, mi querido? I love you."
I closed my eyes, feeling a tear fall. "I love you too." I whispered. "But..." Leo frowned. "Pero?" he pressed. "But..." i gulped. "I'm afraid you'll meet someone prettier than me, and forget about me." Leo laughed mildly. "Elizabeth Nicole King, do you honestly think I'll forget about you so quickly?" I stared into his eyes, melting. "No," I mumbled. "That's right." Leo kissed me. "I promise, I will never forget you."
*end flashback*

It's such an amazing book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was sick and so my dad took me to the grocery store and I found the book 4 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT.
