Furtim got in a bit earlyer :P

I watch, frustrated that the gag is preventing me from talking. Twisting my fingers around, I try to untie my hands. It doesn't work. These ropes are tied with expert knots, and they're thick, impossible to break apart. I wonder if the soldiers will untie me like they did Avis. Well, I'll be running as soon as they do.
(In case you can't tell, River is determined to escape. This is because her worst fear is being trapped, unable to get away) -
I honestly have no idea when Lermeck is gonna enter...maybe, when we reach the Dark Kingdom, he'll already be a slave there. Yup, I think that's what I'll do. Is that good with you? (That rhymed. I'm a poet and I didn't even know it. Ooh, I did it again! :p)
-
"really..." "do you have any idea how the rest of the village is doing?" i ask. "no..." "and do you have any idea where Nubes is?" "is he safe?" "i'm not sure, he dissapeared together with you, what actually happened?" i suddenly smile and grab his arm. "that'll come later, i want you to meet someone!" i pull him toward river. "um, hey." "i'm Furtim." he says. " so you're still tied up?" he takes a look at the ropes. "hmm, don't think i can do much about it..." "yet." " this is River." i say. " i met her..." "well, in Nature kingdom!"
-
I roll my eyes down toward the gag, trying to tell Avis and Furtim to untie it. Letting out a muffled 'umph!' I glared at Furtim pointedly.
-
(I'm sorry for my bad english, i didn't know what a gag was.)
I look around for any soldiers watching, and quickly free River from the gag. "At least you can talk again." I smile. "I don't think we should untie the ropes now." "They 'll see it if we would try..." Furtim says. I roll my eyes and grab rivers's arms. Then i take a look at the ropes. "Hmm, this won't be easy." I start to untie the ropes. -
By the way, i read your ro idea, but i'm trying to come up with a good character now.

(Alright, thanks!)
I gently wriggled my hands, trying to loosen the knots. "Listen, there's some phoenixes nearby." I whispered, "I can call them and they'll attack the Dark solders. They hate them anyway." Phoenixes were highly intelligent birds, about the size of a hawk and ranging in color from red to yellow. They could burst into flames whenever they wanted. The Dark Kingdom had hunted them almost to extinction. -
I finish to untie the ropes. "Phoenixes?" "I've never seen any of those, i've seen drawings though." I say. "I've read a book about those." Furtim says. " a good idea though!" I say. "They'll show 'em who's the boss!" "It sounds risky to me..." Furtim says. "What do you mean?" I ask. "Well, they could set the forest in fire, and maybe the soldiers will find out we are behind this." "We'll be dead." He says. "What do you think River?" I ask.
-
That thought hadn't occurred to me. With a scowl, I shook my head. "He's right. Too risky. I have a feeling that making the horses stampede won't work, there's too many soldiers. They'd easily catch the horses and us. I wish I had my bow." Rubbing the red marks on my wrist left by the rope, I turn to Furtim. "You seem to have a lot stored into that brain of yours. Have any ideas?" I ask him.
-
"We have two chances." "We can try to sneak away while most of the soldiers are sleeping." "There are probably some guards though, but i might be able to point out a route to go unseen." "Plan B is even more risky, i haven't tried whisteling yet..." "An Airbird ( simple name for the birds of air kingdom) has the best hearing of any creature alive, and is able to recognise the call of his or her master." "They will do anything to get get to them too." "If i call my bird, he should be able to get here." "But the guards could be able to ctach him." "So i'll stick with plan A."

"Okay. Plan A." I say. "HEY! What are you doing!" One of the soldiers shout. I involuntarily cringe as he stomps over to us. "This prisoner needs time stay gagged. " he orders. I tense, my instincts telling to run. But Furtim catches my eyes, warning me. I allow the soldier to gag and retie me to the tree. He then led the other two away.
-
The soldiers walk by me and Furtim. Then we walk up to River. "Turns out all that untying was a waste of time..." Furtim sighs. " well, in the time we were able to talk, we have at least got a plan to escape!" I smile. Furtim shooks his head. "Typical, allways too optimistic." " what do you mean, 'too' optimistic?" I ask. I start talking again before he can even answer. "We can just untie her when most of the soldiers or sleeping." I turn to River and laugh. "Sorry we are saying 'her' when we're right in front of you!" " and this isn't the best position to be in, is it?" "Well, i'll just try to figure out what guards stay awake, and point out a route." Furtim says as he walks away." "Okay!" I nod.
