"Nobody even knows exactly why the war started... It has been going on for hundreds of years now and there are many theories." Nubes stated.

River: "I think it's simple. The Dark Kingdom just wants power. They're selfish."

"But how do you think the others turned against each other?" Nubes asked.

"Greed, frustration, fear." I replied.

"But some people here are nice it seems." Nubes said as a girl walked by and waved nicely. By that snow looked up his eyes shining.

I glanced at Snow, seeing his reaction. "Snow's from the Dark Kingdom, and he's nice." I joked, patting him.

"I wonder why he likes us so much?" Nubes said.

I shrugged. "Maybe he senses we're friendly."

(INSPIRATION)
Snow stodd up and padded away slowly. Nubes followed without saying something. -
(YAY)
I stood also, trailing after Nubes. "Uh...what us he doing?" -
"I have no idea." Nubes replied. Snow kept walking until they reached a cave with a shining blue pond.

I knelt, overwhelmed by a feeling of well-being and peace, and gently ran my fingers through the clear water. "Where are we?" I breathed. -
"In the heart of the dark kingdom." Snow suddeny spoke, although he didn't open his mouth. Nubes stayed silent in surprise.
