"You don't have to." Avis laughed. She walked into the bookstore and looked around. Then she saw him. "You could have at least told us." She said. "And then you wouldn't aprove of it." He replied.

I peeked into the store, "Come on. Seriously. We can't keep River and Snow waiting forever. -

"Coming!" Avis yelled. She grabbed him my the collar and pulled him with her. She let him go once outside. "There." She said, rubbing her hands together. -

Lermeck:
I rolled my eyes. "Focus. How much money do we have?"
(Where did you put Nubes? I forgot. xD) -

Furtim: "not very much. We should we careful." Furtim replied.
(I don't really know either :P i think he stayed with Snow) -

River: I lean against the city walls, carefully concealed by some bushes. Snow lay beside me. I glanced at Nubes, "So, how'd you and Avis meet?"
Lermeck: Rolling my eyes, I headed over to a cheese cart. -

Nubes smiled. "We went to the same boarding school. Also Furtim. Although he came later. We've always kind of been the outcasts... But we're happy."

"Hey young man." A big man, strong as a bear grunted. -
(Yeah. :3)
River:
I nodded. "You guys seem close."
Lermeck:
I made myself look smug and haughty, keeping up the Dark Kingdom act. "Just a block of cheese. "
(So, this is getting kinda slow...What's gonna happen next. xD. WE NEED A PLOT TWIST.) -
(The cheese guy doesn't sell cheese! dum-dum-duuuuuum! jk, um... idk. I need to think for a plot twist.)
"Yeah, we've basically been family. We only see our parents in the summer..." Nubes said.
"Who raised you? A bear? You are supposed to salute to your elders, you know!" The man grunted, cutting off a block. "That'll be 10 copper pieces." -

"Why only in the summer?" I thought of my own parents.
Lermeck: I nodded, giving him the money. "Thanks."

"They were all merchants, uneducated themselves. And wanted to give their children, us, a better life. They all come home for the summer, and we can leave." Nubes answered.
"Now scram!" The man yelled laughing. -

I hurried away, quickly fading into the crowd with Avis and Furtim.
River:
"That's nice." I said after a small silence, realizing I should say something.

(I always have that when it's silent. thought: What to say arrrrgh i must break this awkward silenceeee!!!)
Avis had gathered some meat and Furtim some vegetables. "I think we can go now." Avis said.
