oh the snow in new york is gross though isnt it? at least in the cities I heard it is, like all dirty and slushy. And wow, halloween snowstorms seem to be a common thing across the county XD haha in 1990-something there was a huge halloweeen snowstorm here, it usually doesnt snow till end of november so it was a big deal

I live in New Mexico. Today there was some snow and everybody was freaking out yelling "HOLY f--- ITS SNOWING!" But the snow didn't stick so... Now it's just cold :p

It usually doesn't snow til then here too. And, it's only dirty after the snow plows and cars go by a couple times, but whee I am it isn't as bad as in the city. But, that's why I like the first snow of the year; the snow is still white and clean, and all the trees are covered in snow

I'd say you are lucky. I came here to Zwitzerland for winter sports and all i get is RAIN RAIN RAIN!!! :'(
