mehukannu NewbiePlaying music sounds nice, but I think you should consider it more before you go to Japan.
It can be hard to get a job and friends in a place where people hate foreigners. You could potentially make your life much worse in Japan than you would by staying in America.
Also it is not like it is easy to get a job as a musician or as an drawer either. -

mehukannu NewbieWell, whatever you plan to do. At least study for some job first, like welder or a biologist or some other job. So you would at least have a better chance to get some kind of job with a good pay if don't manage getting any with music or drawing.

I think in foreign countries they hate tourists more than anything. I think if you really make the country a home as a opposed to a place you live and really enjoy the culture, they'll end up accepting you.
