They're just so damn friendly lol.
I was walking home from school and this woman and I had passed tracks. Her kid was crying, and when she saw me, she said, "If you don't stop crying, I'll make you go with this girl here!" in Spanish though.
And I played along for a while, and eventually the boy got scared and calmed down. So she smiles at me and says, "Thanks, sweetie. God bless you."
See, we're nice. We just act rather mean with the people we DON'T like. Otherwise, we get along with strangers and relatives fine. -
tongue AdvancedMexicans rule. No one in my neighborhood gives a s---. I'm surrounded by dying old people, rednecks, and Indians. I like the Indians, but they keep to themselves mostly. The rednecks are annoying as hell. And the old people need to die, but not because I don't like them, but because they're old.

Heh, I have a bunch of hicks in my little neighborhood (well, it's kind of to be expected, I live in the sticks. xP). I love meeting friendly, kind people, regardless of background. :D

Oh yes, and many old people, and cemeteries. I live right next to a cemetery almost. Maine, the land of the dead, xP
