So I was on YouTube and my sister wanted to watch Dora videos (she's four) and after we were done there were some related videos that were clips of old Mickey Mouse shows and specials from like year 2000 and if you compare to the Disney s--- these days, you'd rather watch this. But anyways she was like soo into the videos and she looked really happy and I felt bad for her and others kids her age cause they didn't get to have the chance to have awesome shows like these when we were younger :\ Not to mention the music from a couple of years ago. Thanks to the new Rihanna, kids have been saying things like "Sticks and stones may break my bones but
words can never hurt mechains and whips excite me." A while ago I saw my eight year old cousin and sister singing "Tonight we're gonna get on the floor.." I got so pissed because they have no clue what the hell they're saying. The pop culture these days are nothing like the way it was before. What's with ten year olds shopping at Hollister? Or eleven year olds texting on their iPhones. Not to mention second graders having sex.
Remember when Disney used to be good? When Nickelodeon was all about green goe? When cartoon network was the shiz? When Jojo and Fergie were the attention of most girls? When music wasn't always about sex? When climbing up the slides would make you the coolest person on earth? When stereotypes were just for fun and not taken seriously? When getting high on swings? Protection was putting on your helmets? I could go on, but what's the point? There's nothing that can bring these things back.

Our world is quickly getting worse. Our generation has accpeted things that should not be accpeted. The girls now are big into yoga pants and short shorts, and probably like a 4th of conversation of guys is now staring and telling each other of the sight they just saw. Gus too are wearing baggy pants and boxers showing and such. It's not as bad, but still, our generation is adopting things that should be limited by parents or handled by them.
And not to mention all of these celebrities being horrible rolemodels. All these athletes taking performance enhancing drugs and getting in trouble with the law. Music artists, such as Brittney Spears shave their heads and do other wacko things, again, you could go on and on about how bad our culture has become. It's quite disapointing. -

Shorts shorts aren't something new, they've been around even when I was in diapers. Even I wear them but that's not the point.

I like some stuff from this generation and other stuff from the other generation.

They said the world would become smarter. More advanced. But it's dropping worse than the stone age. Get rid of currency and government and we'd probably be able to live up to that expectation. All people worry about is money and getting into things that have nothing to do with us.

Than the schooling...Some places are better than others. Some people get left behind. The music has wonderful beats but awful meanings. This is why I respect Asians so much, especially the Japanese.

Moyashi- I understand the currency idea of how everyone is focused on making money, but that has made our society more developed. Either Hobbs or Locke said that the idea of governing is that the people give up some of their rights to be protected. If we had to defend ourselves, we go backwards in a way. It's barbaric, somewhat.

Well the government and businesses are basically sucking money out of our pockets then shooting up prices. They let in immigrants just because they get cheap pay. People get laid off for no reason. This country's just stupid. When I can leave, I'm taking whoever I can and we're gettin the Hell outta this country.
